Terms & Conditions

Payment

Cash or UK bank cards.  £1.50 surcharge for card payments. Cash is prefered. 

Cancellation Policy

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.  Cancellations under 24 hours may be liable to pay 50% of the treatment fee in order to be offered another appointment.

Hygiene

 

  • Please refrain from using strong perfumes or body sprays before your treatment.
  • Please refrain from smoking before your booking to avoid passing on toxins. 
  • Massage/reflexology - there may sometimes be contra indications which mean I may not be able to facilitate a full treatment i.e skin infections, ruptures, open wounds, verrucas (feet work). Please mention any concerning medical issues at the time of booking.
